What happens if I go over my plan's failed-payment limit?

On Starter, you'll get a heads-up before you hit 200 failed payments. If you need more, upgrading to Pro gets you unlimited volume with no overage fees.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes, any time. Upgrades and downgrades are prorated, and your full recovery history comes with you.

Is my Stripe data safe?

We never store card data. PayFix only reads invoice and customer metadata through Stripe's OAuth, and every webhook is verified before we act on it.
